What I'm Doing to HELP Animal Abuse

Hi. It's Breanna, and I just did a little research, and over 8 MILLION animals are neglected, abused and emotionally and physically killed every year. I want to do something to stop this. So, I am raising money and donating it to an Animal League.

I did research, and I found a few animals that were good examples so you can understand what it's like to be them.

Marshmallow

Marshmallow is a cat that was wondering in the streets on her own with no one else but her sister. The owner might not've wanted them anymore, so they let them wonder alone. Her eyes were filled with something called DEBRIS. Debris- the scattered remains of something broken or mistreated. Her right eye was infected, and she could not see. It was filled with debris and eye tissue. There may need to be some surgery required.

Acorn

Acorn, a 4 month old cat has deformity in her front left leg. It was neglected and very hurt. He is now limping, and using that leg for balance, when he should be laying down resting. The injury is so bad, that it may need to be surgically removed. He may not be healthy enough to get adopted, but lets hope someone finds hapiness in his heart.

Elijah

Elijah is a dog that has been highly neglected and abused emotionally, and physically. The animal league found her in a hoarder house. A hoarder house is a place where a pet owner has too many animals to take care of, so they put the animals in a small house. From this point on, the animals get no grooming, medical care, and nutrition they need to survive. The animal league did tests and x-rays on her, and she has minor skind conditions caused by low grooming. Elijah was not seriously hurt physically, but emotionally, she was seriously hurt. Ever since the tradgety, she has been scared of the outside world. She is very cautious and fearful about her surroundings. She is so paralyzed by the bad things that she cannot experience the good ones just yet.

Some Ways to Get Big Bucks!

You can do a lemonade stand, bake sales, and car washes.
Sell bracelets, neclaces, and jewlery in your local schools, towns, and parks!

Here's what a friend of mine did to save money;
She put a jar on her desk everyday and labeled it "Spare Change". Every day, little by little, people kept on putting change in her jar. By the end of the month, she ended up with more money than she expected!

Bre's Animal Abuse Post

Do you ever see a dog on the street and you're thinking to yourself: "I need to do SOMETHING." Well DO SOMETHING. Just looking at an animal helplessly feeling bad for it is not going to do anything. You need to do YOUR part, and START SOMETHING.

Hello. My name is Breanna and I am animals' #1 defender. It hurts to see so many abused animals. People in this world are cruel. And I regret looking at a hurt animal.

There are many things that people do. Thousands. But these are the most common things that people do to abuse animals.
1) Left them out on the street to die.
2) Does not feed their pet.
3) Hurts them.
4) But chemicals and poison in their bodies.
5) Give them fluids to put them to sleep.
See how many things people do? Well I want to stop it.

People don't realize that animals are LIVING BEINGS. They have HEARTS and FEELINGS. People overlook these special traits and just hurt them. Inside and out. Just imagine if someone did something like that to YOU, and everyone was worried about you, looking at you with helpless eyes. You couldn't talk. But inside you were screaming "HELP ME HELP ME....please...plea...pl...p..." HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? WHAT WOULD YOU DO? THINK OF THE ANIMALS.

Now you may be thinking, what can I do? Well if you see an animal on the street, wandering, pick it up and bring it to the vet. They will treat it and find its owner. If they don't find its owner, they'll send it to an animal league shelter and they will help find an owner. Well if you want to help animals in a shelter, save up a lot of money - Make your goal atleast $300.00. Then, you can donate that money to the shelter, and they will be able to buy more food, shelter, and toys for the animals in the shelter.

There are many other ways to help, and think on your own! Think of great ideas! STOP ABUSE!

dON'T Ever dRINK Coke aGAIN!

We just did a little science experiment. and uhh.. its GROSS. We just put an old, rusty, dirty penny in a cup of Coca Cola. Guess what?!?!?!!!???!!! IT CLEANED THE PENNY COMPLETELY ;P ew. Coke is officially a cHeMiCaL. Also, we asked some local friends, and heard that their dad had an oil leak on his driveway, and used COKE to clean it up.

Well, now you know that Coke the "soda" is a CHEMICAL!

And we did a little researchh...and uhh it used to be a MeDiCiNe that cured SiCkNeSsEs. You might be thinking, cool, right? WRONG.

How did Coke get to a medicine to a chemical?!?

THE WORLD MAY NEVER KNOW. :D
