What I'm Doing to HELP Animal Abuse

Hi. It's Breanna, and I just did a little research, and over 8 MILLION animals are neglected, abused and emotionally and physically killed every year. I want to do something to stop this. So, I am raising money and donating it to an Animal League.

I did research, and I found a few animals that were good examples so you can understand what it's like to be them.

Marshmallow

Marshmallow is a cat that was wondering in the streets on her own with no one else but her sister. The owner might not've wanted them anymore, so they let them wonder alone. Her eyes were filled with something called DEBRIS. Debris- the scattered remains of something broken or mistreated. Her right eye was infected, and she could not see. It was filled with debris and eye tissue. There may need to be some surgery required.

Acorn

Acorn, a 4 month old cat has deformity in her front left leg. It was neglected and very hurt. He is now limping, and using that leg for balance, when he should be laying down resting. The injury is so bad, that it may need to be surgically removed. He may not be healthy enough to get adopted, but lets hope someone finds hapiness in his heart.

Elijah

Elijah is a dog that has been highly neglected and abused emotionally, and physically. The animal league found her in a hoarder house. A hoarder house is a place where a pet owner has too many animals to take care of, so they put the animals in a small house. From this point on, the animals get no grooming, medical care, and nutrition they need to survive. The animal league did tests and x-rays on her, and she has minor skind conditions caused by low grooming. Elijah was not seriously hurt physically, but emotionally, she was seriously hurt. Ever since the tradgety, she has been scared of the outside world. She is very cautious and fearful about her surroundings. She is so paralyzed by the bad things that she cannot experience the good ones just yet.

You can do a lemonade stand, bake sales, and car washes.
Sell bracelets, neclaces, and jewlery in your local schools, towns, and parks!

Here's what a friend of mine did to save money;
She put a jar on her desk everyday and labeled it "Spare Change". Every day, little by little, people kept on putting change in her jar. By the end of the month, she ended up with more money than she expected!
